With a 100% seamless fiberglass design, Polar King offers the industry’s only one-piece unit. Our trailers feature 54-inch reinforced doors, four-inch walls, and a pallet duty floor. The actual cooling of the trailer is achieved using a GOVI arktik 2000US series refrigeration unit. These compact units provide a temperature range of 0°F to 50°F, are all-electric, and require only 110V and 15 amps. Our 12 foot trailers use dual 3,500-pound axles and is rated at 4,200 pounds. Our 6’x12’ trailer can hold three 48”x40” standard pallets or 416 cubic feet or 4,200lbs. They have 4” walls and 4” flat roof that have R-28 thermal insulation. ¾” keg duty floor, strip curtains and a 54”x70” door. Each trailer comes with a 50-foot power cord which is the longest that is recommended.
